This Chinese periodical was founded in 1981 under the Ministry of Education and jointly sponsored by the Chinese Society of Science and Technology Information and Jilin University. As an academic journal which integrates theory, practice and knowledge, it has been rated as a National Chinese Core Journal, a CSSCI Journal, and a First-level Science and Technology Journal of Jilin Province. It has also been included in well-known databases, such as the China Science Periodical Database (CD) and the Books and Newspapers and Information Center of Renmin University of China. Columns of the periodical include monographs, theory research, business research, library and information technology, doctoral forums, and reviews.

Journal of Industrial Integration and Management: Innovation & Entrepreneurship (JIIM:I&E)

This English periodical was jointly founded in 2016 by Jilin University and the World Scientific Publishing Company (WSPC). The editors-in-chief are Professor Xu Lida of the Department of Business Administration at OLD Dominion University, and Professor Cai Li, Professor Zhao Shukuan, and Professor Ge Baoshan of Jilin University. The periodical is published four times a year, and currently enjoys a certain international influence in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship, with an impact factor of 2.8 in 2019. It has been included in the Web of Science and the Scoups index.
