Franz W. Kellermanns is a tenured professor at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, USA, and a Kuang Yaming Chair Professor at Jilin University. He has published more than 100 academic papers, with over 30,000 citations. He ranks 13th globally among the main contributors to entrepreneurship research and is the youngest scholar in the ranking and the only researcher in North Carolina listed in the top 25. He is one of the world’s top scholars in the field of entrepreneurship (JSBM, 2018). He is Editor-in-Chief of Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, a top journal in entrepreneurship, and currently serves on the editorial boards of several top journals in management and entrepreneurship, such as Journal of Management and Journal of Business Venturing.
