鲍勇川（Yongchuan Bao）博士是美国阿拉巴马大学亨茨维尔分校商学院市场营销学教授，同时担任阿拉巴马信用合作社创业学讲席教授。他的主要研究领域包括产品创新、创业学以及产业营销。其研究成果发表于《Production and Operations Management》、《Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal》、《Technovation》、《R&D Management》、《IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, Information Systems Journal》、《Information Systems Journal》、《International Business Review》、《Industrial Marketing Management》、《Journal of Business Research》等期刊。包博士目前担任《Journal of International Management》的客座编辑，并担任《Industrial Marketing Management》和《Journal of Business Research》的编审委员会成员
